Charming cottage in the vineyards

Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby... The space This small stone house in the countryside, more than 500 meters from the nearest neighbors, will appeal to nature and authenticity lovers. In winter you can warm up by the small fireplace, we provide wood. From spring onwards, you can enjoy your breakfast in peace on the terrace facing the Minervois vineyard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space as well as the garage where the washing machine is located. Other things to note The dry pond of Marseillette is a wetland with rich biodiversity: you can observe many species of birds, insects (watch out for mosquitoes on some summer evenings!) and fish that will delight fishermen... About ten kilometers from the mazet, you can discover the Jouarres pond with its beach, its restaurant, you can also swim and pedal boat. In Puichéric (4 km) you can eat, and have access to plenty of shops and services.
