Magical beach house meters from the beach, 3 elegant bedrooms, spacious character-filled lounge and modern kitchen/dining area all designed with larger families or couples travelling together. Fall asleep to the sound of the Tasman sea lulling you to sleep. The house is equipped for longer stays to make the most of the area and National park all within walking distance. Walk south along the beach to the Punakaiki lagoon or just 5 mins north to the Pancake rocks. A special place to stay awhile. The space Beach front lavish house located between the Punakaiki lagoon and the Pancake Rocks, built for families and friends to gather together and enjoy a luxurious and comfortable house with plenty of space to relax. We have enjoyed slowly gathering art and furniture to create a warm homely house for you to enjoy as a special stay in Punakaiki. There is a fire to use when the weather is cold, great for a relaxing winter get-away!, A fire pit is an outside feature to sit around for the night time, ( you can collect driftwood from the beach for this) and enjoying amazing starry sky nights while gathering around with family. Impressive outdoor deck and patio area with outdoor furniture and large Weber BBQ. Wander along the beach to the Punakaiki lagoon and swim an hour or 2 before and after high tide. A enchanting well designed house great to head back to after exploring the many walks and activities Punakaiki has to offer. We have a min stay of 2 nights for this house. We close off bedrooms not in use. 2 people staying ensuite bedroom opened If 4 people staying (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be opened.) 5 + people staying bunkroom opened. Extra use of beds will be charged at $60.00 pp. Strictly no party policy or to be used as venue. Guest access Our property has laundry facilities for guests to use. We can offer free car parking while on the Paparoa Track if you stay with us. Also bike storage available. Other things to note Extra person/child $40-60 pp depending on which cottage is booked.
