We have 4 rooms and we give out 2 for guests as 2 rooms are occupied by us. If you are 2 guests the price you will see on airbnb would be for one room on double occupancy bases. Guest access The guest can access the shared living area, balconies, study and kitchen. We also have a Swimming Pool and recreational area which is chargeable and guests can access by paying an additional fee of 1500 per hour per person (by fixing time in advance ) also it may sometimes be booked privately (Please confirm availability before booking this listing ), large living area, pool table, Music system and bar area are accessible on paid basis with prior booking please note the prices are as per the number of pax and number of rooms. Please note that exclusive pool usage is charged extra and during winter months pool heating is required and has an additional charge of 3000 per day and requires at least 24-48 hours prior notice.
