A contemporary and stylish beachfront property with: two en suite bedrooms; large open plan self-contained living area; and, is surrounded by generous decks with spectacular vista over the natural bush and the lagoon. For your comfort we provide Premium High Speed Wifi, Smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a hot/cold outdoor shower. The bed configuration can be arranged to suit your preference with : a King or 2 x Single beds in each bedroom. The space Locate on 30 acres of beachfront land where our guests can relax in the peaceful environment, walk the beaches, cycle the bike tracks, bird watch, surf world class waves, SUP for just simply relax on the generous verandahs that preside over bush and lake views. Just bush, beach and a cycle path for an easy ride to the centre of BYron Bay and its beaches or Suffolk Park shops. Guest access You will have access to the house you have booked. Other things to note Other things to note The houses are self-contained however there is no food available on-site. There is a small shopping complex 2km from the property WiFi There is a Premium High Speed Wifi tower available. Noise Please be aware there are neighbours close by and many of our guests come here to enjoy the peace and quiet. Excessive noise after 9pm will not be tolerated. Functions/Parties We do not allow functions/parties of any kind on the premises.
