The space Welcome to our spacious private villa located just 10 minutes from Lake Como. The house is perfect for families, couples or small groups looking for a peaceful stay while exploring one of the most beautiful areas of northern Italy. The villa offers bright and comfortable spaces, a private balcony where you can relax or enjoy outdoor meals, and private parking inside the property. The house is arranged on two floors: • Large and bright living room with a big comfortable sofa with Tv Sat, free Wi-Fi • Fully equipped separate kitchen well equipped with dish washer and many appliance • Bathroom on the ground floor with washing machine • Master bedroom upstairs • Second bedroom with two or three single beds (on the 1st floor) • Second bathroom with bathtub and shower on the 1st floor) For each guest: bed linen and towels available. For summer at dispositions for guests we provide fans. For baby we can provide high chair and cot available (only upon request). The location is ideal to explore Lake Como while staying in a quiet and relaxing area. It is also a good point to reach Val di Mello, Val Gerola, Val Chiavenna, etc. Perfect for guests who want more space and privacy than a typical apartment, while still being close to the lake and the main attractions.
