Finca Coello is a charming country house in Benimarco near Benissa. It enjoys a peaceful setting and lovely sea and countryside views. Just a short walk from a local shop and restaurants, and 15 min by car from Moraira and Calpe. All on one level, it features a Mediterranean garden, private pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining with barbecue, and glazed terrace. Four bedrooms with A/C share two bathrooms with showers. The space Finca Coello is located on the beautiful countryside in Benimarco by Benissa, this Finca encompasses perfectly the combination of the Mediterranean touch together with a peaceful area. Its elevated position allows it to benefit from refined views to both the sea as the countryside. Only 5 Min. walk we find a little supermarket and another 5 Min. towards different Spanish restaurants. 15 Min. drive separate us from the main coastal towns, Moraira and Calpe. Finca Coello´s location offers both the peace of the countryside and the proximity to the coast. Finca Coello offers 3 parking spaces, we follow to a spacious terrace, beautifully decorated with a traditional Mediterranean style garden with palm trees and cypresses, all on one level. The terrace surrounds the private swimming pool, sunbeds, an outdoor dining area with BBQ and a conservatory for the cooler evenings. The entire Finca is built on one level. The cozy conservatory leads to a living room with Sat+TV+DVD and a fireplace, followed by a fully equipped fitted kitchen. We continue towards 1 twin bedroom and 3 double bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms with shower. The beautiful exterior of the Finca together with its traditional interior will make it difficult for you to leave this lovely spot. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!!
