In addition to a large open concept chef’s kitchen fully equipped, the home also features several huge patios with bbq grills and green spaces as well as a luxurious Hot Tub under huge shade trees overlooking the green spaces and lower patio. You have three bedrooms and lots of great beds for everyone, with The master Bedroom also with private entrance and separate patio and master features a large en-suite bathroom. This whole versatile home and one acre gated lot is not only a welcoming space for your vacation, family reunion, or business trip, but can be set-up with extra tables and chairs for special occasions with advance host approval (contact Host with information on your plans - discretionary added fees may be added.) You will have 3 Bedrooms sleeping up to maximum of 17 people combined with up to 5 of the group accommodated in the huge living/dining area (extra charges apply for more than 6 people staying overnights.) Guest access Whole Main House is for Guest's private use only! Access to gated parking, back patio and back patio bathroom is shared with Hosts who access for maintenance, lawn and hot tub care with advance notice to Guests. Optional: There’s a detached separate meeting room on the one acre property that’s not part of the usual Airbnb rental. If it’s okay with the Airbnb Guests plans, Hosts may like to hold their regular weekly Saturday-only small group meeting from 10am to 3pm. (Note: These meeting may be done by Zoom instead and can definitely be that way if it’s better for your plans - discuss with Hosts.) The detached meeting room and storage buildings are not included in the Airbnb rental. Other things to note Laundry room only open for stays of 2 nights or more.. NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security surveillance cameras. These devices are monitored and recording video and audio activity for your safety, but should not infringe on your privacy as there are NO cameras in any inside private areas and NO cameras on outside private patio areas as we respect the privacy of our Guests. Please note: At Host discretion, an additional refundable $500 security deposit will be required to cover minor damages, excessive cleaning expenses, or violations of our strict no smoking inside and no pets anywhere policies. If requested, this $500 refundable fee must be paid 3-4 days before check in, and refund can be initiated within 2 days after check out.
