It is NOT an attic and each window offers a pleasant view of the neighborhood (no skylights, no dormer windows!) It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 outdoor summer bathroom, 1 living room and 1 kitchenette. There are 2 patios (1 large tree and 1 small near the kitchen). Typical old fireplace of Île de Ré. Seaside style decoration and authentic paintings (photos, engravings, oil). Excellent restaurants, shops and antique shops are nearby and by bicycle, we are five minutes from the nearest beach! Guest access All parts of the accommodation are accessible, including the laundry room located at the back of the courtyard.
