"Foreshores at Queenscliff Beach - the nicer end of Manly beach", offers amazing views straight down Manly Beach with direct beach access via a private landscaped garden with natural stone steps to the sand. No busy roads to cross. Perched up high with wrap-around balconies and views from every room. We boast the closest direct beach access of any property in Manly. (But please note there are some stairs that lead directly through our property to the beach with no railing ). The space Our place is located high up with a large, open plan living space overlooking beautiful views. We have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a 55inch Samsung smart TV. The 2nd and 3rd rooms have double beds and ceiling fans. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island bench and a laundry room (Washer and dryer). This is a bright, sunny apartment where you can soak up the sun while watching the waves from the balcony. Views from every room with a wrap around balcony. Being up the north end of Manly beach makes it much less touristy and more peaceful, though we still have easy access to local facilities. Guest access Free secure private covered parking.* This is very unusual in Manly and should be a must when looking. The main access to the block is down a long driveway off the street. There is also street parking with no meters. There are also several access paths to both Queenscliff and Freshwater beaches, parks and cafe's with an ocean pool below the building and the heart of Manly only a 15 minute walk away. (* car size /height might restrict parking please check with us) Other things to note The unit is 154 sq meters. We have an air conditioner in the lounge room and master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the two other bedrooms. Being up high we often can leave the floor to ceiling doors open and let the ocean breeze cool us. (Please note due to all rooms leading to a 5th floor wrap around balcony, with sliding 'open living' doors, this place is not suitable or set up for toddlers and young children who may climb on tables & chairs.) The max number of people overnight is never to exceed 6. (Like most Air Bnb listings this is not a commercial property, it's our home for most of the year, in a residential block of owners. It is only suited for quiet families, wanting to relax, and we will need you to validate this when you enquire. To speed up the acceptance of the booking please send details of all guests, names and some validation (Airbnb reviews, Linked in ect.) Party goers will not be tolerated, so please look elsewhere.) Please be aware of Airbnb's set standard terms and conditions regarding cancellations and date changes. (We highly recommend securing your own travel insurance to cover unforeseen /extraneous circumstances). Please understand that we have limited available dates that we rent our property, whilst we are travelling, (& with no one onsite to manage any on-the-spot changes). While we may, at our discretion, look into assisting with possible refunds, this would only be considered if we are able to secure another booking for the same dates at the same rate. Please note that you are requesting to book our personal home through this platform, which we share with guests while we are overseas. This is our residence, not a hotel, and we kindly ask for your respect and consideration. Our unit is located in a residential building with neighbors who are supportive of us using this model, but on the understanding that it is essential to keep noise levels low and maintain a peaceful environment. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have outlined our expectations in the listing description and house rules, which you must understand and agree to when booking. While you are welcome to enjoy a quiet meal with a few friends, please note that parties, large gatherings (more than 10 people), late-night balcony entertainment, frequent comings and goings, and leaving surfboards in the unit and around the property are strictly prohibited.
