Beautiful Home in Simbithi Eco Estate, Ballito

Situated in Simbithi Eco Estate, our open-plan home is perfect for a family beach holiday. It sleeps 6 adults, 3 kids or 8 adults, 1 kid. A large lounge, kitchen & dining room opens up onto a deck, garden, & large pool (with cover) and trampoline. There is a big kids room with 2 beds and a big sleeper couch, with an extra TV. Currently, we are unaffected by load-shedding. In case of any power outage, we do have solar power and battery. Only 5 mins from amazing beaches, shops & restaurants. The space Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room opening up on to a large deck and garden with a view of the sea. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for a large family or 2. There is a big kids room with 4 beds in it (2 normal beds and 2 kids bunk beds) with beanbags and an extra TV for the kids. Guest access You will be free to use the entire house, except the garage where we store all our stuff. Other things to note Our house has a full-time housekeeper who works Monday to Friday and stays on the property. Thandi is amazing and available to babysit on weeknights for a small extra fee.
