Built in a traditional style, this stone house is quietly located on the edge of the old picturesque village of Prines, 5 km from Rethymnon. It is located on a 790 m² plot with great views of the sea and the White Mountains. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen and has a living space of 135 m². You can also add an extra bed in one bedroom. Villa Persephone is therefore suitable for 6 people and one child. The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and guarantees a high level of living comfort. All rooms have wooden beamed ceilings and stone pictures and niches are integrated into the walls. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen in Cretan style, which is separated from the living room by an arch. Additionally you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and 1 beautiful bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is another bathroom with a corner bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms have shutters, all bedrooms and bathrooms have insect screens, two bedrooms have a mini stereo with CD player, one bedroom has a television and satellite reception. Outdoor area: Beautifully landscaped garden, pool of approx. 35 sqm, terraces with sea views, a terrace on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor. From the roof terrace and the garden you have a fantastic view of the Akrotiri peninsula and the Lefka Ori (White Mountains). You can open the entrance gate electrically with a remote control.
