Gorgeous & Cosy House in Vilamoura within a Condo

Very spacious and light villa, located in the Planalto private condo with 2 bedrooms, acommodates 6 people. Excellent solar array, is perfect for couples, families with children and small groups. It is located in a privileged area of VilaMoura with golf courses nearby. In this charmingly decorated house everything was created to make your stay perfect and memorable!! This is a nice quiet place but near enough to go for fun and night life !! The space The living and dining rooms share the same area, inviting the whole family. It also has a nice terrace equipped with lounge chairs and a big table with great utility to eat outside and where you will be able to relax and enjoy total privacy while you take a sunbath during the day or look the stars with a fresh drink at night!! In the 2 bedrooms sleep 4 people comfortably. All the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and all linens and towels are provided. It is also equipped with air conditioning and a closet to keep your clothes organised. All the bedrooms are served with bathroom ,with shower well decorated, very practical and large. One of the bedrooms have acess directly to the big terrace and the other one have acess to a private small terrace. The third room is smaller than the others and has a single bed with an under bed. This room has a private complete bathroom like the others and it's perfect for 2 children or 1 adult. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with appliances, has a functional bench area with plenty of light and is next to the large dining table for 6 or 8 people and has acess to the terrace. Guest access In the the condo, the large lawns invite for afternoon walks along the whole common space, with the great advantage of having a conditioned entrance and private park. Also, children can play at ease and safely in this huge, fenced-in garden space.Guest has the privilege to acess separated swimming pools for adults and children;Games room and snooker and table football; Outside games field on the grass with volleyball net, mini-golf, barbecue ,restaurant and bar. Other things to note Vilamoura Private Condominium fully closed with access control to the park with opening with a digital lock connected to an alarm system 24 hours a day and human presence for 24 hours.
