The living room is spacious and boasts a beautiful wood stove, free firewood, TV/DVD, and patio overlooking view. 8 mi to Mt Mansfield for fabulous hiking, golf, tennis and alpine slide, and there is more of the same on the beautiful grounds of Trapp Family Lodge with its 100 km of wooded trails. The quaint town of Stowe has many attractions including Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, Apple Cider Farms, Boutique Shopping and great restaurants. Dine in at the chalet or out at the Trapp Restaurant or Pub. Be sure to catch the Brew Pub with Austrian Bakery and t the Bierhall!! Lots of activities on site for families with kids including indoor pool, fitness center, rock wall, spa, rec room, health or craft classes, movies, wine tasting, and brew pub.
