The space You will have a large 1000 sq ft guest space including a private bedroom with Sleep number Queen bed, walk-in closet plus additional storage, sitting area, dresser, desk space & private bath. Guests have full use of large family room with dining area, and a designated mini kitchen which includes microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, kettle, hot plate, dishes and keurig coffee maker. WiFi & large flat screen for your use. Feel free to enjoy the nice covered patio & gas BBQ grill in back while you enjoy the birds, garden & great Colorado summers! 2 small dogs live here but stay on upper level but always ready for more cuddling. Lots of hiking close by as well as Quail Lake and Cheyenne Mountain State Park. I look forward to meeting you! Guest access Primary use is the lower level or patio with only access through main entry (owner’s level) so if you are a party animal or will be coming & going regularly late at nite, this is not the right place. During your stay Interaction is up to you. I work from home so I will be around, but I don't use downstairs much, so that is your private area. Feel free to come and go.
