It combines the old (exposed beams and Renaissance fireplace) and the modern (contemporary furniture). Downstairs: a large living room composed of three spaces (a corner sofa/screen area, a library area with a sofa bed, a dining area with a large table, an equipped kitchen – microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, induction stove, fridge – and a bedroom with a 140 bed and a sink. Upstairs, two bathrooms with 2 toilets, and three bedrooms (one air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 double bed, a second bedroom with a 160 bed and a third smaller bedroom with a 140 bed).
