Large villa with pool in the heart of a village

Very nice, large and functional house: it has all the amenities necessary for family life! Well oriented, it is pleasant to live in both winter and summer. It is located in Chabeuil, a medieval village at the foot of the Vercors near Valence, Crest and Romans (hiking, rivers, festivals...) We have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room of 50 m². The garden is enclosed, planted with a swimming pool closed by a roller shutter. The space At the entrance, a large hall serves a vestibule, the laundry room, access to the garage and a toilet. Then we still have on the ground floor a closed kitchen that opens onto a large covered and tiled terrace, a large living room of 50 m² with dining room and stove, a parental area (bedroom + bathroom + toilet + dressing room) and a second closed room with TV and games room. Upstairs, two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a third bedroom with private shower and sink. Guest access The entire property is accessible, except for the garage where our personal belongings are stored. Other things to note Some clarifications: Linens are not provided and cleaning must be done before departure.
