Your accommodation is a 38 sqm. suite of two rooms (a large bedroom/living room and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room) and your own adjacent bathroom in a private rear wing of a grand Victorian terrace house. The space Paddington's location makes it the ideal place to stay if you are here on a work/study trip. The CBD is less than 2 kilometres away, Fox Studios (within The Entertainment Quarter) is a pleasant 10 minute stroll through Moore Park, St Vincent's Private & Public hospitals are a 5 minute walk away. UNSW College of Fine Arts (COFA) is a 3 minute walk away, Sydney University, the University of NSW Kensington campus & the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), whilst all being about 30 minute walking distances, are short bus rides away. Guest access Your rooms are located at the top of a flight of stairs in a rear wing of the house, where you will not be disturbed. We supply some breakfast items to keep you going for a few days so no need to shop straight away - coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, spreads, cereal, fruit etc. Registration Details PID-STRA-51392
