The house is located 300 m from the entrance to La Gravière Beach (a supervised beach), which hosts the famous World Surf League Championship event in Hossegor every September. In 5-10 minutes you can walk to the lakefront for your jogging, bike ride or just enjoy a few oysters in the bistros of local oyster farmers watching the sunset over the lake. It's divine! Our villa totally refurbished this year (bathroom, kitchen, paint, bedding, sanitary facilities) is composed of 3 bedrooms in the main house and a 4th in an outbuilding in the garden including a bathroom and toilet. In the main house you will find: On the ground floor: - a dining room open to a brand new fully equipped kitchen installed this year in 2016 including a large fridge & freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a 4-burner glass-ceramic plate. - one bedroom with 2 single beds and a large fitted closet - a new shower room this year - a toilet including a sink and washing machine Upstairs: - one bedroom with 2 single beds and storage - the master bedroom with a 160 bed and its bathroom integrated into the bedroom including a beautiful walk-in shower and a designer vanity. In the outbuilding - 1 large bedroom with 1 bed in 140 and its attached bathroom & toilet Please note that there is a large covered terrace for enjoying your meals in front of the living room, as well as an open terrace for the Weber BBQ and the plancha. The plus: a large outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after returning from the beach and to rinse the surfboard! The generously wooded garden is covered with grass and adorned with hydrangeas and oleanders, and attractive garden furniture is provided for you to make the most of it. Note that you can park 1 to 2 cars in the driveway and except at peak beach attendance times it is very easy to park on the street. Towels (1 per person per week) are provided as well as sheets. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. A security deposit of €1,000 will be required. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for a workshop adjoining the outbuilding, where we will store some personal belongings.
