Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment 2 blocks from the Beach

Quiet beach apartment for family or friends. Great Getaway apartment near the beach. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoy a safe cozy place to unwind after a week of work or a day at the beach :) Around the Corner & a block from the Far Rockaway Boardwalk @ Beach 9th st & from the Atlantic Beach Bridge -8 min from Long Beach’s West End -5 min from Far Rockaway Boardwalk 5 min Uber from LIRR or A Train. Also accessible by Bus. 45 min from NYC or a Bklyn 15 min from JFK Pet fee is $45/night. The space This is a newly renovated apartment. It’s a very nice quiet and friendly block. There are kids, so please be mindful and respectful. The apartment is the first floor of my house two blocks from the beach, you have your own private side entrance. There is plenty of street parking. The only thing shared is the backyard, outdoor/chairs/tables and the BBQ etc. You can chill in the backyard and smoke in the backyard, but leave no trace and the noise Has to be kept down both inside the apartment and outside, both on the side of the house and in the backyard. The next house is in close proximity, and we need to respect my neighbors. There’s a table, barbecue, chairs, simple and not fancy. A really nice chill. Currently I provide plastic andAnd paper plates and utensils, no real dishes at the moment. Guest access Backyard No loud noise or Music on the block (including off the property too). You can use the BBQ, Please clean up after yourselves. No late night noise No parties Other things to note There’s hot water For tea, coffee maker, toaster and the microwave. With some short notice prior to your stay, you can Venmo me and I’ll make sure to pick up milk, juice, fruits, eggs, yogurt, cereal, bread etc.) If you won’t have a car. Nearest supermarket is 10-15 min walk. There is I bodega with plenty of good stuff 10 min walk by the beach too. There is also a beach umbrella and a few beach/stadium chairs for guest to use.
