For a pleasant stay, I rent my 2 room apartment 40m2, at the foot of the typical Butte aux Cailles district a 10-minute walk from Place d 'Italie. The space in a small building with 2 floors, apartment on courtyard, quiet and bright, on the 1st floor. Nearby , all shops, lots of nice restaurants. Between 5mn and 10mn walk, all the transport to go to all the tourist sites: Louvre, Palais Royal, Luxembourg, Opera, Grands Boulevards, Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro. After a great walk in Paris, return and rest in a warm apartment. Other things to note Public transport 10mn walk Place d 'Italie with several metro lines (line 5, 6, 7) and many buses.
