The space Villa Ulivo is a Luxury Villa located in a condo of luxury villas in Castiadas, a well-known tourist destination on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. The property is on two levels and is equipped with all comforts and ensures absolute privacy. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a large and comfortable sofa, a dining area furnished with a characteristic and precious granite table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, an inner court which can be used as a storage room. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, one of which with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have a window and/or a small balcony overlooking the private garden and from which you can admire the sea on the horizon. On the same floor, there is also a second bathroom with a shower. The Villa, with an independent entrance and a car parking space, is surrounded by a well-kept garden, where there is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a solarium equipped with sunbeds, an outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue area facing a large porch with dining table and a lounge area. The outdoor area is very well kept as the windows and doors frames all with insect screens. All indoor areas have air conditioning and heating. The ethnic local chic furniture, with light and bright colours, refined and cared for in all details, recalls the style of our land.
