The space Villa Ulivo is a Luxury Villa located in a condo of luxury villas in Castiadas, a well-known tourist destination on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. The property is on two levels and is equipped with all comforts and ensures absolute privacy. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a large and comfortable sofa, a dining area furnished with a characteristic and precious granite table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, an inner court which can be used as a storage room. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, one of which with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have a window and/or a small balcony overlooking the private garden and from which you can admire the sea on the horizon. On the same floor, there is also a second bathroom with a shower. The Villa, with an independent entrance and a car parking space, is surrounded by a well-kept garden, where there is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a solarium equipped with sunbeds, an outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue area facing a large porch with dining table and a lounge area. The outdoor area is very well kept as the windows and doors frames all with insect screens. All indoor areas have air conditioning and heating. The ethnic local chic furniture, with light and bright colours, refined and cared for in all details, recalls the style of our land. For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 150.00 applies for check-in after 8:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note We recommend that Guests read the listing carefully before booking, to ensure that the property fully meets the style and requirements of their holiday. The property’s maximum occupancy (8 guests) includes adults, children and infants. The maximum number of guests indicated cannot be exceeded, in accordance with safety regulations and the house rules. For safety reasons and in compliance with applicable regulations, the villa is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Any visits by external people must be communicated in advance to the Booking Office, providing the identification documents of the visiting guests. Overnight stays by people not included in the booking are not permitted. The pool is not heated, as the mild Sardinian climate provides comfortable temperatures most of the year, making pool heating unnecessary even in the low season. A private car is necessary to reach the property and for getting around during your stay, allowing you to fully enjoy the freedom and beauty of the surrounding area.
