The home is ideally situated for all water sports and recreation with many other beaches only minutes away (including a boat ramp at Silver Sands beach) The Tour Down Under passes the home during January and the McLaren Vale wine region is only minutes drive away. Together with fine dining (Star of Greece is just down the road), casual restaurants and local take away, Aldinga Seaside has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The house comprises of four bedrooms, with two queen size beds and two bunk beds (with the option of 4 singles) and can sleep up to eight people (including children). Each room has a built in robe with sliding mirrored doors whilst the upstairs bedroom has a large walk in robe. There are two bathrooms with large showers whilst the downstairs bathroom also has a spa bath. Fully stocked kitchen with modern cooking equipment and dining facilities. There are two entertaining areas in the home, both with TV’s, DVD players, Wi-Fi . The house has a air-conditioner on each level and is tiled for cool comfort in summer The large balcony offers outdoor dining, deck chairs and a large Matador BBQ. A small bar fridge is also provided to store your drinks. The separate backyards have a large grass area perfect for children to play as well as seating. The front has parking for two cars (undercover) and a further two along the drive way. There is also ample on street parking.
