Cozy 2 Bedroom Home

Built in 1939, this rustic, centrally-located home is in an older established neighborhood in the heart of Waco. Although old, the house is very cozy and comfortable. It's conviently located within minutes of several points of interest such as the Magnolia Silos, Downtown Waco, Dr Pepper Museum, Baylor, Cameron Park/Zoo along with so much more. The back yard is fenced with gate access. There is to be no smoking inside the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home results in a $300 charge. The space This is a “whole house” rental. There’s a no smoking of any sort, including vapes, allowed inside the house. Also, there’s a no party policy. This is a house located in a neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors. Please do a walk through of the property and the home within one hour of your arrival and contact us with any suggestions, complaints, etc. You will not be refunded if you wait to bring issues to our attention. We understand many things happen within the stay of our guests that will need to be addressed and those extenuating circumstances will be taken in to account and handled immediately. Guest access All areas, other than a locked back room that is used by the owners for storage. It has an outside entrance that is used by the owners as needed. Other things to note Unfortunately, there are outside cats in the neighborhood. If you are highly sensitive, this could present a problem. There’s also a rooster that crows in the area and a train that can be heard all over town at differed times during the day. SpaceX is in McGregor (about 30 miles west). When they are testing a rocket engine, the rumbling sound can be heard and sometimes felt all over town. This house is cooled with AC window units in each room and it is heated with electric space heaters throughout the house.
