Kif-Kif Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage, surrounded by beautiful countryside in the heart of central Brittany. *COVID - 19* - Obviously everyone’s safety is paramount and so we are putting in place strict sanitising protocols to ensure you will be welcomed to a clean and sanitary environment in our cottages. (Contact us for more info) The space With a spacious open plan ground floor, comfortable lounge & kitchen area and a beautiful Breton fireplace with log burning stove. There is a Twin bedroom on the ground floor plus a downstairs shower room & loo. Upstairs there is the Master Bedroom which has a small balcony with wonderful views, plus a Twin bedroom with a cot. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin & loo. There is plenty of outside space to enjoy, with outside seating on the patio over looking the valley and under the walnut for shade in the summer sun. Whilst the cottage is tucked away in a beautiful rural setting it is only a matter of minutes by car to the fabulous village of Langonnet, which has everything you may need when on holiday, and only 10 mins drive to the larger towns of Gourin and Le Faouet which house the larger supermarkets and other entertainments. Guest access The property has an extrernal Key Holder for Self Check-in . Other things to note WI-FI - is via an Orange 4G Airbox. We offer 5 Gb with your booking but if you need more credit there is a charge. The Orange prices are: 10€ - 5Gb / 25€ - 10Gb / 40€ - 20Gb - we can organise putting on extra credit for you. On Booking you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Rental which are as follows:- - FOR EVERYONES SAFETY - Guests agree to not undertake access to the property if they, or one of their party, are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 prior to arrival. - The number of people occupying the cottage, including children, must not exceed 6 plus 1 baby, unless the owners have given prior written permission. - The rental period will commence at 16.00hrs (4.00pm) on the first day and end at 10.00hrs (10.00am) on the last day, unless organised prior to arrival. - Guests agree to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. - Guests understand that the use of the accommodation and any equipment provided therein plus any amenities on site (e.g. garden furniture, games etc) is done so at their own risk and will undertake to oversee the safe use of any such equipment by children. - Guests are advised to arrange a comprehensive travel policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability, health etc, since this is not covered by the Owners insurance. - To report to the Owners any defects to the property or breakdown of equipment / appliances within the property or the grounds. Repair or replacement will take place as soon as possible. - The Owners will not be liable to guests: • for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of Public Services to the property. • for any loss, damage or injury resulting from adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strike or other matters beyond the control of the Owners. • for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Guests if the Property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, the Owners will, within seven days of notification to the Guests, refund to the Guests all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. - Under no circumstances, will the Owners liability to the Guests exceed the amount paid to the Owners for the rental period.
