*WHOLE TRADITIONAL JAPANESE STYLE HOUSE -You can stay in the whole house without having to share with the other guests. -Experience Tatami&Futon, and feel the Japanese traditional culture. -Our house is a townhouse with a very long history, built over 100 years ago. -Please understand that we take care of them but they are not as smart as hotels. *Convenient location -15 min from Kyoto Sta. -Easy access to popular sightseeing spots in Kyoto and Osaka as well! -Various restaurants and shops. The space The house is traditional Japanese townhouse. It has tamami mats and we can arrange futons for sleeping! Finally, we would like to inform our guests that our house is a traditional townhouse built over 100 years ago with a very long history. Please understand in advance that the stains and signs of aging on the floors, walls, and fixtures are deliberately left as they were from that time. Guest access Everywhere except garden and private storage Other things to note ■Please note that there is a railway near the house, so a child or a person who is sensitive to noise may feel unwell or uncomfortable because of that. Additionally, this accommodation is not suitable for guests who need to work or focus on tasks inside the house. ■SMOKING INSIDE AND AT SURROUNDING AREAS IS STRONGLY PROHIBITED!In case of guests smoked in the room, cleaning fee of 5000JPY and AC cleaning fee of 5000JPY are required as a fine. If AC cleaning is unnecessary, only cleaning fee 5000JPY will be charged. ■Garbage bag (45L) Up to 3 bags can be collected, but if it is more than 4 bags will charge 300 yen per bag. ■When we are sending forgotten items etc at a later date, we will charge a fee of 2,000 yen (domestic) / 3,000yen (overseas) in addition to actual expenses such as shipping fee.Your forgotten items are kept for one month. Please note that we will dispose of you if there is no contact. ■Kyoto city has obliged all travelers to pay accommodation tax to Kyoto City separately from the accommodation fee. I'm so sorry but I have to request you the payment. We appreciate your understanding. ■The stairs are narrow and steep, making it a bit difficult for elderly guests. ■Basic cooking utensils are provided, but seasonings are not.
