Guest access The apartment is reserved exclusively for guests, but the spaces made available vary depending on the number of people indicated in the booking. For bookings of 1 to 4 guests, the following are available: • 1 bedroom with queen-size bed • 1 bathroom with shower • Living room with sofa bed • Fully equipped kitchen • Balcony and large private terrace For bookings for 5 to 6 guests, the following are also provided: • the second double bedroom • the second bathroom with shower This way, each guest can make use of the spaces included in their booking, while still enjoying exclusive use of the apartment. Other things to note • The apartment is spread over two levels and is accessible only by stairs. From street level, you have to climb a first flight of stairs to reach the first level, where there is a living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. From here, a second, slightly steep staircase leads to the second double bedroom, the second bathroom and the terrace. • The private terrace is located next to the second bedroom and overlooks Piazza XX Settembre directly. • The balcony, which also overlooks the square, is accessible from the living room/kitchen. • Free municipal parking is available nearby. Spaces cannot be reserved and are subject to availability. • The flat has two air conditioning units: one in the living room/kitchen and one in the double bedroom on the upper floor. The air conditioning unit in the living room also helps to cool the double bedroom located on the same level. • The heating is independent, with a boiler. • Small pets are allowed for an additional charge of €20 per stay. The surcharge covers more thorough cleaning, so as to ensure greater care is taken for guests who are allergic to animal hair. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
