It is a single space,special feature of the traditional cottages of our island! The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It has a ground floor,first floor,fully equipped Barbeque area and comfortable outdoor areas. Each floor has its own bedroom,living room,bathroom, air-condition, smart TV, hair dryer and unlimited access to Wi-fi,inside and outside the house. Entering from the main entrance,on the right side is the living room with the first bedroom while on the left side there is a kitchen,dining room and bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances,as well as a washing machine. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the house. Bedroom, living room,traditional loft,bathroom,balcony and veranda compose a unique space. The terrace offers a view of unparalleled beauty in the blue Aegean waters of Panormos, with magnificent sunsets painting the sky as the sun sinks into the endless blue! Stone-built terraces,Barbeque area,dining rooms,lounges and outdoor shower create an environment of relaxation and carefreeness that offers unforgettable experiences! The Barbeque area is fully equipped with an electric oven, an electric hob and all the necessary cooking utensils for the preparation of your meals! It is worth noting that the whole house(windows and doors),the terrace and the barbeque area are equipped with protective screens to enjoy your meals and your holidays in general,without the presence of annoying insects! The country house "Nina-Mirtia" is just 10 minutes from the beach of Panormos,about 5 km, of which 1.8 km is unpaved but smooth road! The port of Skopelos is about 12 km away! The beautiful beach of Panormos is one of the most popular beaches as it is located in the center,in the heart of the island! It is organized and easily accessible by all means of transport There are many picturesque restaurants, cafes ,as well as super markets! There is plenty of parking ,the bus stop is almost on the beach, while the transfer can be done by taxi. A short path leads to the natural harbor "Blo",which is a truly idyllic landscape!
