The space Located on the 2nd floor at the back of a small block of units only 3mins walk from the North end of Bondi Beach. A quiet, spacious and light filled apartment offering all the mod cons inclu free wifi, smart TV, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are fit with brand new king beds (each can be split into two singles) and hotel quality linen. The bathroom is clean and modem with a deep soaking bathtub. Fresh, clean towels and amenities provided. Home to the world-famous Bondi Beach, Bondi is the most ideal place to visit for any tourist! All within walking distance, the main shopping, eating and drinking strip is on Campbell Prd & Hall street as well as plenty of bus services to the city and surrounding suburbs. Bondi Junction is 2km away and there is a Westfield that showcases leading brands for the avid shopper. Every year during Oct/Nov there is a very popular outdoor exhibition at Bondi (“Sculptures by the Sea”), There is also the coastal walk from Bondi to Bronte (approx. 4km) - you can see multiple marvellous beaches on a well paved path. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We value the health and safety of our guests and you can ensure you’re booking a home that is clean and sanitised prior to your check in. We provide clean, pressed hotel quality sheets and linen as well as cleaning products and hand sanitiser in all our homes This is a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood area so please respect the residents and neighbours. Your help in keeping noise to a minimum is much appreciated between 10pm-8am including in common areas. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. PLEASE NOTE There are scheduled construction works taking place in the building, including the replacement of all windows. During this time, some construction noise may be heard over the next few weeks. Please note that the rate displayed has already been discounted to compensate for any inconvenience caused.
