Located at Strijp-S, less than 10 minutes (car) from the city center. A well designed private Tiny House with all the comfort you need. This place is perfect for a mini getaway. Ideal for a place to sleep and be out during the day. The space is complete with a separate bathroom, floor heating and two comfortable beds. Please note there is no outdoor area or access to the garden. The space It is a two level tiny house (approx 30m2) from the 1930's and the interiour design really matches the authenticity of the house. In the centre of the house there's an eye-catching cast iron old French spiral staircase from the 19th century (very narrow) to access the two beds. It has a table & chairs, mini fridge/freezer, TV and a kitchenette with a double stove and microwave oven. Utensils, cooking oil and a few other things provided. It comes with floor heating and the coziness makes for a comfortable stay. It is a tiny space which is ideal for a short stay. The bathroom is well designed with a large rain shower and wooden roller door. On the first floor there are two queen sized beds (separated by a curtain, no door) and two large windows which gives plenty of light into the house. The house is located close to Strijp-S which is the design and cultural heart of Eindhoven city. At walking distance there's an abundance of small restaurants and boutique shops including a big outdoor market every Saturday (fresh produce, food etc). Guest access The house is located behind the main house at the back of the garden area. It is a private house with its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house which gives you all the privacy you need during your stay. Other things to note Drug use during your stay is not permitted. We live in a quiet neighborhood and it is expected that you keep the noise level down after 10pm and do not cause any trouble. If you damage anything then please inform us right away. Please note you will be liable to pay for any damage caused to the property. If you get food delivered then please let the delivery person know exactly where you are located so they don’t ring the bell to the owners front door. If you decide to cook then please keep in mind how small the area is, we advise that you keep the front door open if you think what you’re cooking will need that and request that you refrain from cooking very fatty foods i.e. bacon as it will likely set off the smoke detector.
