House / Villa - Ansedonia villa with private garden and covered parking

Splendid stone villa, air-conditioned rooms and living room, immersed in the fragrant vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub and in the silence of the Ansedonia hill, overlooking the Feniglia bay with its long beach and pine forest of about 7 km which unites the two promontories, that of Ansedonia and that of Monte Argentario. Inside the pine forest, long cycle paths cross the entire nature and wildlife reserve with various accesses to the sea. From the house you can easily reach the beaches of Feniglia to the north and Tagliata to the south, using the shuttle bus service (operated from mid-June to mid-September) with terminus at equipped establishments and restaurants. This does not oblige the use of the car and the search for parking, so as to be able to spend holiday periods in complete relaxation. The house is spread over two levels as follows, upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, one with sea view and the other with sea view and overlooking the garden and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Ground floor : 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed as needed), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 fully equipped kitchen (also equipped with dishwasher and washing machine), 1 double living room with large windows overlooking the sea and garden, divided into dining area and area relaxation with fireplace and TV. Outside we have a garden of about 450 square meters. with 3 terraces on several levels of which 1 shaded and 2 sunny from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the bay and Monte Argentario. On the largest terrace furnished with wooden tables, chairs and umbrella, there is a brick fireplace and barbecue. On the upper portion of the terrace and lawn, furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers, you can enjoy the sea view and the sun all day long. Adjacent to the entrance gate is the shaded private parking. Located in the center of the promontory with respect to the Feniglia and Tagliata beaches, about 850 meters from the house, there is a small but well-stocked supermarket, bar and restaurant and place of worship. NOTES AND GENERAL RULES Not included in the weekly rates: - the cost of the final cleaning of the entire house, which amounts to € 150. However, it is required that the kitchen be left tidy; - the consumption of electricity and water. In agreement with the guests, they can be quantified at the cost price (based on the quotations on the previous invoices), or at a flat rate for € 100 / week; - linen (sheets and towels) is provided only on request at a cost of € 30 for each room with weekly change; - travelers who stay for more than a week are invited to request a total or partial house cleaning service at a cost to be agreed. - Check-in is from 18:00 onwards, after a telephone call it could be anticipated if the house was already ready. - Check-out must be done before 11: 00 - Delivery of the keys by the owner or by a person trusted by him.
