Mangosteen Villa

Our classical villa is tucked away amongst tree covered hills. Made with local brick that are in the colors of the natural elements and blend harmoniously with the local landscape. The room is in our small family resort Faasai Resort and Spa. We are around the corner from Kung Wiman Beach on state highway 3399. If you are coming by car or taxi ask them to take you to Kung Wiman Beach and you will see our sign on the left just before The space Your villa is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the calming sounds of the natural bird life in the area. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the garden where bright local flowers dazzle the eyes amongst delicious tropical fruit trees. Feel at home here where the forest meets the sea…. Your villa, accommodates two people which includes two comfortable single beds with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. There is a terrace that gives you ample room to relax and enjoy the view of the natural surroundings. Your room also includes cable television, cooling air-conditioning, a fridge and a kettle. There is also a large spa style bath attached. This space has been designed to offer you a calm environment for your holiday. The villa has a pool close by to cool off from the heat of the day. You can also feel free to make the most of the resorts spa facilities. The resort offers 5-star service from all staff that are here to make your stay as smooth as possible. We have a great restaurant where guests can enjoy home style meals cooked by our lovely in house chef/wonder woman Sura. Breakfast is all inclusive. There are various options to choose from including eggs from our own free range chickens. Breakfast will always includes toast, tea or coffee, fruit juice and fruit. During the season we will serve fruit from our own organic gardens – mangosteen, rambutan and longong (the season is usually May to July). The café restaurant uses some of the produce from our own farm such as lemongrass, galangal, green papaya for somtum and chilli peppers but most is bought from local markets. Seafood is mainly from the local fishing fleet and sometimes we have giant seawater prawns from our housekeeper's prawn farm. There are many activities that can be arranged here at your convenience. We want your time with us to be as personalized as possible. We can arrange unique tours to the local market, the gemstone market, the beach or anywhere that you're really interested in seeing. The options are endless and completely up to you. We also offer the opportunity to enjoy a Thai cooking class with Sura, who will be happy to show you local cooking customs and recipes. This can be arranged along with a market tour where you can personally choose your ingredients and meet the farmers who are selling the produce. Guest access Free parking is offered to all guests when staying at Faasai Resort and Spa During your stay On the weekend, when I am here I would be happy to personally show you around the resort and the farm and talk you through all the different types of flora and fauna. I can introduce you to our three cows that live on the farm also.
