The premises is located in Samsam on a mountain top on the Accra-Nsawam road in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The environment is serene with a cool breeze of fresh air The space Lessees/Guests are welcomed to stay and enjoy this beautiful edifice and environment of the premises on a mountain top in the suburb Accra. Lessees/Guests would be taken round the premises upon arrival and terms of payment signed upon mutual agreement between the lessor and the lessees.
