This room is in Innsbrucks most beautiful district, with great and full view of the mountains on the veranda. City tax included! Community apartment, with amazing view of one of Innsbruck's most beautiful streets. It would be appropriate for adventurous travelers. Me and Airbnb guests live here and share one bathroom and one toilet. Walking Distance to city center ("Altstadt"), skiing cable car ("Nordpark") and train station. Don't book with heavy luggage-no elevator! The space It is a quite colorful Environment, and every room has its own theme. It is a room in a 120 m² flat with a 12 m² veranda in one of the best areas in Innsbruck, called Saggen. It is located at the border to the so called Villas Saggen with all the old houses and villas wich look like beautiful small castles. Most of Innsbrucks sight-seeings are within walking distance. To the inner centre, the old town, its a 18 min by foot. The flat has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The veranda can be entered from the kitchen and has an amazing mountain view over Innsbrucks "Northern Mountain Chain". The house was build in 1918. The train station is 1,8 km or 18 min walk Tram or Bus station 30 m Cable car station to the Hungerburg and further to skiing area Seegrube/Nordpark and Hafelekar 800 m or 10 min walk Golden roof 1,6 km 18 min walk Food shop and bakery 100 m Supermarket 180 m Parking lots are mostly available in front of the house or closer to the east but you have to pay, u can get a 1 day ticket for € 7,00 also more days possible, Saturday and Sunday free of charge too. If you park your car beyond the roundabout, called Claudiaplatz, approximately 150 meters away there is the next parking zone. The start of the zone is marked by a green line and a big green P on the street asphalt, in this area maximum parking time is 180 min for 70 cents/30 min (times to pay from Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 19:00 after and Saturday/Sunday its free). Guest access FREE PARKING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY! You can park here everywhere. Mo-Fr 9:00-19:00: Get a ticket at the ticket maschine near the tobacco shop.
