Ideal for large families or a stay with friends, my cottage will seduce you with its location in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by flowers, not far from a small wood, and located on the road to Santiago de Compostela, only 2.5 hours from Paris. The cottage is rated 4 stars, very comfortable and spacious. An area of 135 m2, 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a very well-equipped kitchen. Lots of space for living rooms The space This 4-star cottage can accommodate people with disabilities, a bedroom on the ground floor with a 160/200 bed, toilet and adapted bathroom, the standards having changed, it lacks a vertical bar in the shower (see photos). Upstairs, the Piment bedroom with two single beds, the family suite with a double bed 140/200, a single bed and a crib, shower room and toilet. On the mezzanine, a 140/200 double bed and a single bed. You can enjoy the underfloor heating by heat pump and a wood stove will bring you a very pleasant atmosphere (wood is offered). Sheets are provided for all your stays. Towels for rent on request The cleaning fee is included in the price. This cottage is adjoining a cottage for 6 people, so the relaxation area is to be shared. Access to the pool (6.5 m/4 m above ground) and spa is allowed until 9:30 p.m. The spa is not permitted for children. Pool opens April 1st and heated until October 15th, depending on the weather. The Spa is open year-round. Play area to share as well, ping pong table, petanque court, bicycles. We manage the cleaning by disinfecting all surfaces first. We then use a steam cleaner, so it naturally eliminates a significant portion of germs and other bacteria. However, before your departure you will have a few small tasks to do (listed in the gîte). We welcome animals without extra charges (1 to 2 dogs maximum), we will ask you to leave the cottage and the outdoors clean. Guest access You have access to the entire property, with private entrance. The common areas are the relaxation area, lawn corners, table tennis, and bicycles to share with the other accommodation. From August 16 to August 30, 2025, rentals are only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday For weekend arrivals (Friday), check-in is from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday departures can be made at 2 p.m. (to be specified) Recently installed, an electric car charging socket Parties and events are forbidden Other things to note I provide household products if needed during your stay, not laundry detergent or softener. Hand sanitizer or lotion is available. There's a roll of toilet paper in every toilet.
