Meadowview Cottage, Private Bathroom & Breakfast

We have a beautiful home which we would love to share with our guests, although named a Cottage, it is a substantial property. The location is very central for visiting the best of what Cornwall has to offer. We want to make your stay pleasant & memorable. The space Our guests can enjoy the dinning area where their the complimentry morning breakfast is available. Check out is 10:00am, if you are late leaving their will be a £25 per hour surcharge payable by the booking guest. Guest access Guests have access through the main front door, spaces available to our guests: Dinning Room available for the complimentry breakfast Bedroom Private Bathroom Our Kitchen is not available for guests to use or enter Check out is 10:00am, if you are late leaving their will be a £25 surcharge payable by the booking guest. Early Checkin maybe available (subject to host consent) £25 surcharge During your stay We will be happy to welcome you on arrival & we will request an approximately time of arrival. Breakfast will be laid out for guests to help themselves. Please be aware we are a working household. However we are happy to chat when we are home if required, either to catch on your day or guide you to places of interest. There will always be a contact at all times. Other things to note We do have two miniature Daschunds in our family home. Please note we do not accept bookings for guests with dogs. Please do not send an inquiry for a booking for a dog, this is a strict policy. The room is only suitable for two adults or one adult & one child. Please do not book or enquire if there are two adults plus one child/baby. We have a no smoking policy on the premises. No irons are allowed in the room. The breakfast is complimentary. Unfortunately we do not cater for special dietary requirements. We ask for shoes not to be worn indoors. Check out is 10:00am, if you are late leaving their will be a £25 surcharge for every hour, payable by the booking guest. We will not allow guests to checkin after 10:00pm, entry will be refused. We ask guests not to use the Bath after 10:00am.
