Modern interior Villa is a stylish and spacious 5-bedroom villa with a lovely private pool and a sea view courtyard. A car is needed for your stay, since the peaceful Villa is located about 5 km from the mixed shingle/sandy beach and the town of Maleme, where you can find a few shops, a supermarket, many taverns and restaurants. The picturesque old town of Chania is about 19 km away. The space Modern Interior Villa offers a big open plan area with a living room corner, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. All our guests can enjoy a private swimming pool of 40 sqm, a big courtyard most of which is covered with lawn, and lovely sea views. The ground floor offers an open plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room corner with an energy fireplace, a 50 inches TV, and a Home Cinema. A built-in refrigerator, an electric oven, a microwave, an electric kitchen with ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine are offered. A coffee maker, a boiler and a cooker stove are provided as well. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the entire property. One bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a king size bed, and one bedroom with one bunk bed are offered next to the living room area, on the north side of the villa. Five steps lead to the upper ground floor. A big hall area with pool views, on the south side of the swimming pool, gives access to the master bedroom with a queen size bed, two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each which can be converted to a king size bed each. The 11th and 12th guests can sleep on two additional sofa beds. Two bathrooms are provided, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and another bathroom with a bathtub with a hydromassage. A private pool of about 40 sqm with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a charming stone built barbecue, a shaded dining table under a pergola, one more outdoor dining table under a big umbrella, two pool showers, two outdoors wc, a ping pong table and a small children playground are also provided in the courtyard of the villa. We would like to inform you that the private pool can be heated, if needed, at an additional cost of 70 euros per day. The mixed shingle/pebble beach of Maleme is only 5 km away with many restaurants, cafes, a few mini-markets and a supermarket.
