We are renting our cozy 1 bedroom summer studio in the Sozopol old town. It is situated directly at the shore of the gulf with a beautiful sea view. The beach is 7 min. away on foot. Ground floor: kitchen with a fridge, stove, electric kettle and toaster. It is well equipped to serve your essential needs. Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed and two extra chair-beds. The small bathroom with shower is next to the bedroom. A small private terrace welcomes you at the main entrance. The space There are sets of plates, pots, pans, cups, glasses, kettle and coffee machine in the kitchen. It is an entirely non-smoking house. A friendly warning for guests with small children: we have no portable cribs and the staircase is not child-proof. Parents should be extra cautious and not leave their children unattended. Elderly people should also have in mind the staircase. The hot water comes from an electric boiler. There is no TV but the view from the windows compensates for this :) Guest access The whole studio with the terrace are for private use of our guests. Other things to note This old house was bought by the Bulgarian painter Ivan Tabakoff once in the early 50-ies of the 20-th century. He used it for an inspirational getaway. We inherited the house as his indirect successors and restored it with love. Please note that during the summer season (01st June to 20th September) the access to the old town of Sozopol by car is limited. Generally you have 30 minutes free access for accommodation, then you have to park your car in one of the paid public parking places next to the harbour.
