This 2 bedroom has its own entrance and entertainment patio area with table and chairs, lounge, dining room, self-catering kitchen with microwave,stove and oven, a private outside patio area, parking and free Wifi. Local channels TV in main bedroom and DSTV in lounge. Roof fan in lounge and fans in both bedrooms. The space The house is spacious with a lounge, dining room, self-catering kitchen, a cosy outside patio area to smoke and Braai. There is a weber braai. 2 TV 's with 1 DVD machine. Front garden area and a wooden panelled fenced off patio area. Back kitchen door leads to wash line area and an area to clean off kiting equipment. 4 blocks to Blouberg Main beach or 5 min drive. Robben Island can be seen from the beach as well as full view of the spectacular Table mountain. Guest access Pool upon request only as the other cottage is by the pool side and we have 3 medium spaniel dogs. Your area is fenced off for privacy and protection from the dogs. Parking is on the paved area of the pavement where 2 cars can fit, it is not on the street but it is not behind a gate, we are in a safe area with CHUBB security. There are burglar bars on all windows, a Trellidoor, an Alarm to call Security. The house is considered safe. Remote gate to access property. Washing line area access by back kitchen door. Free wi -fi is available. Other things to note I have 3 spaniels and a foxy on the property, so swim time is by arrangement only so I can put the dogs by the other cottage behind wooden fence. They do bark a little but are really good and do listen. Your area is fenced off by wooden panels so they are not in your patio area.
