Well behaved pets are welcome - close walk to dog beach and exercise area 🐶 The space The Studio is located at Prevelly Beach, 10 minutes west of the main town of Margaret River and a 5 minute walk to surf and beaches. The front courtyard has stunning ocean views to surfer's point and it's just a short walk to the pristine waterfront including a gorgeous park, safe swimming and dog beaches. Owned by a local artist, his quirky colourful artwork adds to the character of this idyllic beachside Studio. Watch the sun go down behind the ocean from your front row seat or choose the serenity of the fully fenced back courtyard. The Studio is a short stroll away from Sea Gardens and the Prevelly Park General & Liquor Store.
