Other things to note The room rate excluded the utilities bill. Guests will pay actual cost base on actual usage for utilities bill such as electricity bill and tap water bill. The electricity cost is 7 Baht / unit and Tap water cost is 25 Baht / unit. Again these will be charged base on actual used. If you use less and you pay less. If you pay more if you use more. This way will help both you and me save cost as I can lower the room price and you can save money by saving energy. Once you made a reservation, I will request certain amount in advance 5,000 Baht as deposit for Tap water and Electricity bill then will settle the actual amount when you check out or monthly basis.
