Your well maintained home is located in a quiet subdivision on a dead end cul de sac with little traffic - less than 10 minutes from the Beach and 4 minutes from downtown Jensen Beach. Bring your flip flops, bathing suit and relax :) The space The common area off the kitchen and guest bedroom has a day bed with a twin mattress that can be used as a bed if needed. There is also a twin trundle that slides under as well. Please make us aware if these twins will be needed as we can provide the proper linens :-) Thank you! Other things to note **Pool SAFETY FENCE** A child / pet safety fence is available to keep your children and/or pets safe from entering the pool area. If you have young children or a pet, please let me know and I will install the pool safety for your stay :) Cleaning for LONG TERM STAYS = Any Stays 29 nights or more: *Home will be cleaned one time every two weeks for $110 and will be charged to the guest, in addition to the normal cleaning fee upon exit* Note: **Periodically there will be an RV stored on the property. Sometimes in the driveway and sometimes in an area dedicated for the RV. It will not be lived in, but may be on premises.
