He will show you the house, explains all details and give you keys. The space First floor: 1 large bedroom with mezzanine (multiple closets, BB bed, TV & video) and its bathroom, toilet. A large living room (Large leather sofa, two individual armchairs, desk area (WIFI), library, Hi-Fi system, TV, video, various games) and a very well-equipped kitchen in a row. Everything is air-conditioned and heated. Very large shaded terrace (6*6) with barbecue table for 8 people, reading corner and small swimming pool (3*2*1.2 in full sun located in a charming corner) all surrounded by a small well-treed and therefore shaded garden (ideal for reading quietly or listening to music while respecting the neighborhood). Beautiful modern paintings. Second floor: Large bedroom with adjoining bathroom, separate toilet, and large dormitory room for children equipped with a TV, video, Hi-Fi system and game table. Multiple closets. The accommodation therefore includes two bedrooms with a large double bed (independent mattresses) and a third large bedroom with 3 bunk beds, ten beds in total + 1 BB bed (the sofa is not convertible). The accommodation is located in a particularly quiet place (except for the Sunday bells), and close to the port and the main shops & restaurants (There is no climbing to be expected!!). Guest access Hydra, the most beautiful port in Greece and without cars, motorcycles or even bicycles!! An island of a thousand wild beauties. Beautiful walks on foot or by mule (Picnic) are to be done on this island 20 km long and 2 km wide (from 1 hour to 10 hours of walking per outing with monastery visit). A turquoise sea where you can simply swim or dive or practice all water sports (sailing, fishing, skiing but no jet skiing because noise is prohibited in Hydra). Visits to the main ancient cities (Epidaurus, Nafplio, Corinth, Mistra, Delphi, Olympia, Athens and Cape Sounion etc.). Car rental, motorcycle on the Peloponnese 20 minutes by boat. Many restaurants open all year round because Hydra is the privileged destination of the Athenian bourgeoisie (more than 20), Greek, Italian, Asian and bars day and night (but, away from the houses - ideal holiday place for teenagers). Orchestras on some summer evenings, many luxury shops (jewelry, clothing, crafts, etc.). Authentic Greek atmosphere guaranteed!! Other things to note The contact person on site is Andreas.
