You can rent them individually or jointly for a capacity, depending on availability, of: . 4 people (one of the 3 T3 apartments), . 8 people (2 floors and 4 bedrooms) or . 12 people by privatizing it (3 floors and 6 bedrooms) if reservations allow. The RESIDENCE BIENVENUE-BEZIERS is in the heart of the historic district where most of the places to visit are located. Many restaurants and places to go out in Béziers are less than a 10-minute walk away! In order of proximity: . Pomponnet ice cream (must-see) at the corner of the street, . the Town Hall and the Halles, only 100 meters apart . St. Madeleine Church another 100 meters after Les Halles, staying on its right side when arriving. . Also 5 minutes away, St. Nazaire Cathedral, its view and sunsets when leaving to the left of the BIENVENUE-BEZIERS Residence, then again to the left on Rue de Bonsi once past the square, then the 1st on the right (Dr. Vernhes) to arrive at the Place des Bons Amis at the foot of the Cathedral (we do it almost every day when we are in Béziers after going to buy an ice cream). New 2025: a sound and light show at the Cathedral and below, a footbridge that leads to the bar and restaurant of "La Prison" with an exceptional garden and life within 5 minutes' walking distance. Les Allées Paul Riquet (Theater, Galeries Lafayette, Carrefour Market, many restaurants, markets, events every Thursday evening, etc.) and Place Jean-Jaurès with: . its large water jet feature, . La Vie Claire and the Post Office are all around, with the large EFFIA parking lot below (60 cents including tax per hour for the 24-hour package) are just behind the Town Hall via the small pedestrian streets. A 10-15 min walk, below via the new Cathedral footbridge, along the Orb, the Pont Vieux and, to the right before crossing, a pretty shaded park and its old mill and opposite after the old bridge, the bullring and behind, a free parking lot with 350 spaces (look for "Parking Pont Vieux Béziers"). . The 9 Fonseranes locks, the most visited site of the Canal du Midi seem far away but are only a 20-minute walk away (1.9 km). . By renting bikes or on foot, you can easily walk along the Canal du Midi or easily go to the beach. Portiragnes and its restaurant Les Voiles are our preference. There is also a sailing school on site, Sérignan Plage too. Let's say that Valras Plage, although better known, is less worth a visit. By car, there is of course; . Sètes (45 min), . Montpellier (1 hour) where you could go by the small roads rather than the highway where you can't see anything, via Lac du Salagou (50 minutes), . and why not even leave a little earlier with your passports to go see Narbonne then Cadaquès in Spain (180 km in 2 hours 10 minutes by car on the A9)? Important: To avoid any abuse (data mining, etc.), your rental includes electricity consumption of 5 euros per day, or 150 euros per month, which is more than enough to cool with fans or heat the accommodation.
