Beautiful spacious St.George condo best in area!!!

This beautiful top floor condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with bath/shower. The master bedroom has a king size and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. There are two full size couches. We offer free wifi, cable and free parking. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and there is a huge balcony with a grill. The views are of the hills and puts you in a world of your own. There are pools, hiking and biking trails and golf nearby. Close to National parks. You'll love it! The space This condo is one of the newest, nicest and largest in Las Palmas. Guests who have stayed in other condos in Las Palmas always comment that ours is the nicest they have stayed in. It is quiet, private, spacious, light and has beautiful views. We are located on the top floor in the back corner of Las Palmas, thus giving this unit a quiet, private feel. You can relax at the condo or you can take advantage of the pools, walking, hiking and biking trails, parks, shopping, golfing and many outdoor adventures near by. You will love this place for families, or for just a quiet get a way. There is an expansive patio with a grill and plenty of furniture to enjoy the view while eating or relaxing outside. You have free access to Las Palmas club within walking distance or a 2 min drive from the condo. They have a heated year round indoor pool, outdoor lap, diving and kiddie pools, tennis, basketball, racquet ball, pickle ball, ping pong, fitness gym etc. There are also two outdoor pools very near the condo with hot tubs. Play grounds and lots of open space make it a great place for kids and adults alike. One of my favorite things to do is walk through all the flower gardens in Green Valley and enjoy the many fountains and flowers. It is peaceful and beautiful. Guest access There is a key pad on the door. We will give you the code the day before arrival. There is an elevator if needed to access the 3rd floor and there is a garage. Other things to note You might be able to find condos with the same amount of rooms for less, but I guarantee you won't find one as nice as ours for a better price. I am anxious to hear from you and answer any questions you might have. I am very accommodating and try to meet all the needs of our guests. People always comment on how comfy our beds are too.
