Groongal House

Groongal House is a fully furnished self contained 3 bedroom home. Located close to hospitals, medical centre, tennis courts, CBD and sporting oval. The space Ideal for short stays. Groongal House caters for guests visiting Griffith for business or leisure, accommodating up to 6 guests, with king, queen and 2 king singles beds, free wi-fi, netflix, double lockup garage. On booking please provide bed configurations, as bedrooms not in use are locked. Eg couple, singles etc All linens are provide and a weekly service can be provided for long stays, arrangements prior to arrival should be made. Guest to place all linens for washing in basket for pickup. Clean linen returned following day these arrangements to be made directly with host for pickup and drop off times. Guest access Guests have access to locked garage, remote is kept on hallway table in entry in a bowl or guests have driveway parking. Other things to note - Please remove muddy shoes before entering the house. - No smoking indoors. - Charges apply for beds used that have not been booked. - On departure please turn dishwasher on and place used towels etc in the laundry basket. - A/C, heater and lights must be turned off when you are not home and on departure. - Lockup the house - Please don't park on lawns. - NO parties. We have lovely neighbours who do not appreciate loud noise/parties. - On departure please leave the house in a tidy manner. Eg all rubbish in bin outside. - An extra cleaning fee will be incurred if house left in an unsatisfactory condition or if property not vacated and cleaner arrives at 1030am and not able to commence work. - Unfortunately we are not pet friendly indoor or outdoor and this is non negotiable.
