Charming shotgun home, walk to downtown!

This 100 year old "shotgun" house is conveniently located halfway between Downtown and Normaltown. In walking distance to all the best bars, restaurants and local businesses. Fully stocked kitchen, record player, local art, back porch with hammock and mural by local artist, two bedrooms with 1 full sized bed each and 1 comfy couch in living room (plus air mattress available). We have two bikes for guests to use. Kids welcome (pack and play available). No pets please. The space Our home is quaint and cozy and we have worked hard to make it comfortable for our guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. There is a front and back entrance, small front porch and a back porch/patio as well. Key will be left in lockbox so you can come and go as you please. Other things to note We lived in this home for over 10 years and then ended up building a new one right next door! [Long story :) ]. We LOVE our neighborhood and our town and hope you will too!
