Located in the heart of the city, on Ile de la Cité, the one-bedroom Monbazillac penthouse is one of Paris Perfect’s exquisitely maintained apartments, situated on the 6th floor of in our very own building on historic Place Dauphine. State of the art elevator, separate washer and dryer, high security digital locks and double-glazed windows for good sound insulation allows guests to enjoy contemporary comforts in a remarkable 17th century setting. LIVING AREA The living area is ideal for enjoying a romantic dinner at your home away from home, or snuggling up in the elegant sofa to watch television, cleverly concealed behind the fireplace mirror. The living room’s sofa converts to a single bed (80 cm wide) with memory foam mattress. BALCONY & SKYLINE VIEW In warmer weather, how about opening a bottle of chilled rosé wine and sipping it on the beautiful balcony, taking in the stunning view of the Paris skyline including the towers of Notre Dame and the spire of Saint Chapelle. The balcony is furnished with a bistro table and two chairs. BEDROOM - ENSUITE Tastefully decorated in muted tones, the bedroom features a comfortable extra-wide queen bed (that can be split in 2 single beds) a widescreen television and an en suite with a shower, toilet and sink. POWDER ROOM There is a separate powder room with toilet and sink. KITCHEN The small but fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line Siemens appliances including a dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, a stove top with four burners, full-size refrigerator with freezer. You will also find a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes and glassware you need to feel at home. STAIRS The penthouse is split over two floors with an internal staircase that leads from the bedroom and bathroom on the 6th floor to the living room, kitchen, powder room and balcony on the 7th floor. While the steps are well lit and wider than usual for staircases in France, it is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations. Guest access The apartment is located on the 5th floor (6th floor American) with an internal staircase to the 6th floor (7th American). There is an elevator to the 5th floor. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2. This property features self check-in using a keypad lock system. There is an elevator to the property. There are 13 internal stairs with hand railing between 6th and 7th floor steps are slightly steeper than other staircases, a consideration if mobility is a serious issue.
