Large double room with King Size bed-so comfy!

Newly renovated cottage in Kingskerswell. It’s a really quiet area close to woodland and countryside a 10 minutes drive to the beaches. Torquay has some fantastic restaurants and a taxi costs 8 pounds to get you there. The room has an en suite and double bed. The house has one lodger called Ben who works full time. You have full access to lounge, wifi, tv, woodburner and coffee machine during your stay. Speak to me about local pub recommendations as they are excellent. The space You can use everything plus a shed in the garden if you have large bulky items such a surf boards or bikes. Guest access Your bedroom, your en-suite, kitchen plus all accessories, lounge woodburner, tv WiFi and all my subscriptions. Sonos throughout the downstairs. Just ask Alexa During your stay I will be available to contact in the evenings. Ben my lodger can help you with anything you need as he is sometimes there in the evenings. At the weekends he usually goes to his girlfriend’s. Other things to note It’s warm and really quiet and the coffee is amazing. Plus you get a home cinema and high fidelity sound: please no parties though
