Home has alarm system and security gates. The space A Rare Find! With high speed Internet/Wi-Fi & TV with Local Stations, Netflix & YouTube is available. You'll share the common areas with myself and my cat Bella. She is friendly, but will respect your privacy if you don't want her in your space. She isn't allowed in the guestroom or the guest bathroom (i.e. the Airbnb guest rooms) Guest access Off Street parking in the driveway at the front of the house. Guests can use the kitchen, as well as the washer/dryer. You can also lounge in the living room or sit and chat with me at the dining table in my beautiful garden dining room, or hang out on either the front porch or back patio where there are sitting/smoking areas. There's very little auto traffic on the street, so it's quiet. There's some pedestrian traffic as kids walk home from school in the afternoon or go to the community center across the street. During your stay I will interact as much or as little as the guest likes. I enjoy getting to know my guests if they so choose. Other things to note The Room: has a firm mattress, full length mirror, an extra large closet which is lighted. It also has a desk and the night table has a hidden plug-in panel for all of your tech devices to charge overnight. High speed Wi-Fi & TV with local stations Netflix & YouTube is available.
