You will also be close to Dol-de-Bretagne, a historic town as well as Saint-Suliac, one of the most beautiful villages in France with its hiking trails where you can discover the calm waters of the Rance, as well as Dinan. You have a road near the house. Other things to note 3 km from a U Express with gas station, pharmacy, bakery and tobacco bar. This is located in front of a small restaurant open for lunch only, you will need to share the parking lot at lunchtime
